Eggnog has a bad reputation. It’s ruined one too many office parties, and commercial versions are too sweet and full of artificial thickening agents. This recipe will redeem the old favorite and remind you why it became a seasonal treat in the first place. All you need is a blender.
1-2 Teaspoons of sweetener of choice
1/4 Teaspoon of vanilla
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cup of milk of choice (we use coconut)
Add contents and blend until frothy.
